• All orders are shipped FedEx Ground.
• FedEx Tracking numbers will be sent once orders are prepared to ship. 
• We send out orders twice a week, usually Tuesday and Thursdays. Fedex is not able to hold orders at locations because of the nature of the product.
• All 42o extractor deliveries require an adult signature upon delivery, please keep an eye on your tracking number and plan accordingly to receive your shipment. I
• f a purchase is complete, but there is an issue due to lack of legally required permits or ability to ship to your location, a refund will be started within the week of purchase.
