Returns

  • If product(s) received are unusable due to defects in packaging or sealing, please contact us within 7 days. 
  • To be eligible for a return, item(s) must be unused in the original packaging with proof of purchase. 
  • Pictures of product, description of defect, and proof of purchase must be sent to Sales@42oextractor.com. 
  • Once pictures, proof of purchase, and return information have been received, our team will review the request for refund. If item(s) are approved for return, we will send a return label for customer to send product back to us via FedEx Ground.

Refunds

  • Credit card & Shipping fees are non-refundable unless permission has been granted in writing. 
  • If a purchase is made from a state that requires a permit, but a permit cannot be obtained by the customer, a refund will be initiated within 7 days if there is no communication from the customer. 
  • If product is returned to 42o Extractor because delivery is denied/not signed for, customer is responsible for return shipping as well. 

Shipping 

Some states require permits to be approved by the state before we can ship. If you have acquired a permit/license and we are able to ship to you, please email your permit/license to Sales@42oextractor.com. 

We will keep permits on file so you do not have to submit with every purchase, but it is the customers responsibly to keep it up to date.

Documents 

MSDS are available. 

If a Certificate of Analysis (COA) is needed, please contact us. They are available upon request. Please provide Lot and Batch number if needed.
